After the boards are dimensioned we will perform the Shaping operation which in this case is tongue and groove. After the boards are tongue and grooved they are finised sanded in our automatic sander. We have the capability of doing a variety of shapes using our Shaper or Moulding machines. Using our Woodmaster Model 718 planer/molder we can machine different style mouldings such as door and window casings, baseboards and others upon request.
